Welcome to the Law Office of

Weiss and Schmidgall, P.C..

Our firm is a general practice law firm with attorneys concentrating in a number of areas of legal practice. Included among these areas are: Criminal law, Bankruptcy, Alcohol and Tobacco licensing and law, Personal injury, Family law, Civil litigation, Real estate law, Estate planning, Probate and Business planning among others. Our firm prides itself upon offering its clients the highest possible quality of legal representation while offering flexible payment terms for financing attorney fees…thus doing our part to insure that justice is truely available to all, not just the wealthy.

Our firm was founded by the late Garry A. Weiss (1954-2008), who practiced law for over twenty years. Garry was truly dedicated to helping others in need and as such proudly served the community as Chief Public Defender in Lake Superior Court in addition to managing his successful private practice. Our firm remains committed in its efforts to provide the highest level of legal representation.

The three full time attorney members of our firm are: Christopher R. Schmidgall, Jennifer M. Campbell and Shaun T. Olsen. Christopher and Shaun are licensed to practice in both Illinois and Indiana; Jennifer is licensed to practice in both Indiana and Nebraska.
